What the worker does
- Loops every category and counts its DOCX stages.
- Processes stages backwards (last → 2): emails due after 3 days are sent and advanced.
- Stage 1 is immediate: all queued emails are sent right away and moved to Stage 2.
- Leads completing the final stage are moved to the Master Archive.
